Welcome to the Minnesota Third District American Legion
Our mission is to serve members by building relationships to promote The American Legion's programs, patriotism, and honor to make our communities better and stronger. In the state of Minnesota, there are 10 districts and 549 posts.
We are the MN Thundering Third District and we encompass 10 Counties and 64 Posts in Southern Minnesota.
There are also 46 Auxiliary units and 38 Sons of the American Legion squadrons in our district. Learn more about them below and find resources for your unit or squad.
